You can easily set eStarling to retrieve Flickr RSS photo feed. Search your favorite photos then cut and paste the url from RSS 2.0 link to eStarling web-based software. eStarling will retrieve Flickr photos matching your search criteria go into rotation on the frame. When new photos are posted to Flickr, they will show up on the frame.
